Pizza Caprese Recipe
The Italians would be proud of us. We think. This pizza Caprese is like a holiday in your own country. You can have this one all for yourself or serve it to your friends during your weekend dinner. You can almost feel the (Italian) sun on your face. Add some arugula if you want to spice things up.
Ingredients
- / 2 Magioni courgette pizza bases
- / 100g fresh green pesto
- / 1 mozzarella
- / 50g cherry tomatoes
- / Fresh basil
How to prepare
Preheat the oven at 220 °C and prebake the pizzas for 3 minutes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and rip the mozzarella into pieces.
Spread the green pesto on the pizza bases and put the cut cherry tomatoes on top.
Bake the pizzas for about 8 minutes in the oven until the mozzarella is melted. Top the pizza off with fresh basil. Buon appetito!
