Vegan Pizza Mister Magioni with eggplant Recipe
It’s a match made in heaven; Mister Kitchen’s pizza sauce and our cauliflower crust. A combo that will make your mouth water. And this recipe is also vegan! We used vegan cheese of Violife and topped the pizza with fresh basil and ground black pepper. Buon appetito!
Vegan Pizza Mister Magioni is topped with Mister Kitchen’s Pizza sauce Original, eggplant, vegan grated cheese and fresh basil.
- / 2 Magioni cauliflower crust
- / 1 jar Mister Kitchen’s Pizza sauce Original
- / 1 eggplant
- / 100g vegan cheese
- / salt and pepper
- / fresh basil
- / olive oil
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Cut the aubergine into cubes, put them in a bowl and sprinkle with plenty of salt. Toss them over a few times for half an hour and always pour off the released liquid.
Rinse the aubergine cubes well and press out as much moisture as possible in a colander. Fry them golden brown in a hot frying pan with a splash of olive oil.
Bake the pizza crusts in the oven for 3 minutes. Then top each with half a jar of pizza sauce and the edges with olive oil.
Divide the fried aubergine cubes on top and bake the pizzas in about 8 minutes.
Garnish with basil leaves, grated cheese and ground black pepper. Buon appetito!
