This delicious cauliflower crust pizza is a better alternative and flavorful twist on a festive pizza. Sweet fresh figs pair perfectly with creamy ricotta and soft goat cheese, while prosciutto adds a savory touch. Ingredients
- / 1 Magioni cauliflower crust
- / 4 fresh figs, sliced or quartered
- / 75 g ricotta
- / 50 g soft goat cheese, crumbled
- / 4 slices prosciutto
- / 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- / 1 tablespoon fig jam
- / Handful of walnuts, roughly chopped
- / Salt and pepper
- / Handful of arugula
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 200–220°C (390–430°F) and place the Magioni cauliflower pizza crust on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Mix the ricotta with the fig jam and spread evenly over the crust.
Top the pizza with the figs, walnuts, and goat cheese.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
Finish with arugula, prosciutto, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
