Ingredients
- / 2 Magioni courgette pizza crust
- / Mini paprika
- / Cherry tomatoes
- / Red onion
- / Haricot verts
- / Snow peas
- / Capers
- / Cream cheese
- / Parmesan cheese
- / Italian herbs
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Cut the peppers into very thin strips and then into 3 cm pieces. Cut the tomatoes in half and the onion into thin slices. Cut the haricots verts in half lengthwise. Cut thicker haricots into quarters. Cut the snow peas in half lengthwise to get two flat halves. You make leaves out of this. Drizzle all vegetables with some olive oil.
Pre-bake the pizza bases for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese with the Parmesan, Italian herbs, pepper and salt.
Remove the pizzas from the oven and brush with the cream cheese sauce. Place 2 tomato halves on the pizza and arrange petals from the bell pepper strips around it. Make flower stems from the haricots verts. If necessary, remove the outer rings of the onion for smaller flowers and place on a flower stalk on the pizza. Place the capers around a few flower stems as buds.
Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
