Ingredients

  • / 1 Magioni cauliflower crust
  • / 100 ml Dairy spread
  • / 50 g Mozzarella
  • / 1/2 Avocado
  • / 1 Bell pepper
  • / 50 g arugula

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Bake the pizza crusts for 2 minutes in the oven.

  2. Spread the Philadelphia (or dairy spread) over the pizza crust.

  3. Divide the fresh mozzarella into small pieces and spread them evenly over the pizza.

  4. Cut the bell peppers (green, red, and yellow) into thin strips and spread them over the pizza.

  5. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the mozzarella is melted and lightly browned.

  6. Cut the half avocado into thin slices and place them on top of the pizza after baking.

  7. Sprinkle the arugula over the pizza and season with salt and pepper.
