- / 4 Carrot Banana Pancakes
- / 100 g cream cheese
- / 1 ts speculoos
- / Maple Syrup
- / Pomegranate seeds
- / Mint
How to prepare
Heat the pancakes in the microwave (800W, 20 seconds).
Heat the pancakes in the oven (180°C, 3-4 minutes).Place a pancake on a plate.
Top the pancakes with cream cheese.
Drizzle some pomegranate seeds and maple syrup over it. Use sprigs of mint for a fresh flavour and decoration.
