Protein Packed Pizza Recipe
This delicious cauliflower pizza with the Magioni pizza crust is a surprisingly healthy and complete twist with your favorite toppings! The combination of chicken, mozzarella, and quark creates a perfect balance. Top it with fresh vegetables like bell peppers and spinach. Ingredients
- / 1 Magioni cauliflower crust
- / Chicken breast (150 g)
- / 120 g chicken fillet, grilled or fried and cut into pieces (or ready-made chicken strips)
- / 60 g light mozzarella or grated 30+ cheese
- / 50 g cottage cheese
- / 1 small red bell pepper, cut into strips
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Bake the pizza crusts for 2 minutes in the oven.
If desired, mix the cottage cheese into the tomato sauce for extra creaminess and protein, and spread the pizza base evenly with the sauce.
Divide the chicken pieces over the sauce.
Add the bell pepper and spinach.
Sprinkle the pizza with light mozzarella or grated 30+ cheese.
Bake the pizza in the center of the oven until the cheese has melted and the base is golden brown and crispy.
