
Pizza with vegetables & red pesto Recipe

- / 1 Magioni cauliflower crust
- / Red pesto (4 tbsp)
- / Pepper (1 pointed)
- / Zucchini (1 piece)
- / Cherry tomatoes (12 pieces)
- / Mozzarella
- / Pine nuts
- / Italian herbs
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 200/220°C. Place the Magioni pizza crust on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Spread the red pesto evenly over the pizza crust as a base.
Spread the sliced vegetables over the pizza and add the mozzarella balls.
Sprinkle a handful of pine nuts over the pizza and sprinkle with Italian herbs for extra flavor.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the base is crispy and the mozzarella is nicely melted.
