- / Greek yogurt
- / Chia seeds
- / Pomegranate seeds
- / Chopped pistachios

How to prepare
Heat the pancakes in the microwave (800W, 20 sec).
Heat the pancakes in the oven (180°C, 3-4 minutes).Mix some Greek yogurt with chia seeds (you can do this the night before for extra thickness).
Place a pancake on a plate. Spread some Greek yogurt over the pancake. Repeat this a few times to create a nice pancake stack.
Spread extra Greek yogurt on top of the pancakes.
