DIETING WITH PIZZA, HOW DO YOU DO IT?
1.VEGETABLES!
Because our pizza bases contain up to 70 grams of vegetables, your intake of calories, carbohydrates and fats is much lower than with a regular pizza base. What’s more, those extra vegetables also give you a feeling of satiety.
2.BYE, SUGAR!
We’ll take care of dinner, but you’re in charge of the rest of your day. Tip from us: cut back on the sugars and fats; after a month full of sweets, you can easily do without them for a week, right? For the next few days, choose healthy fats from nuts and protein-rich products.
3.WATER?
No champagne and gin-tonics this week. Drink lots of water and tea. This contains no calories, makes you feel full and helps fat burning. Win, win, win!
4.DON’T TAKE IT TOO SERIOUSLY
Besides healthy living, fun and good living is just as important. So don’t take it too seriously and treat yourself to something sweet every now and then. After all, you only live once.
