Pizza Bolo Recipe
The taste of pasta Bolognese on a pizza. It’s possible! This pizza is tasty as can be. And it gives you a good feeling too, because you eat it with vegetarian minced meat. You won’t bother the animals on this planet and you’ll have the proper taste of a real Bolo. We think it’s an ideal pizza.
- / 2 Magioni red bell pepper pizza bases
- / 80g tomato sauce
- / 70g vegetarian minced meat
- / Semi-dried cherry tomatoes
- / 50g mozzarella
- / 40g Parmesan cheese flakes
- / Rucola
How to prepare
Preheat the oven at 220 °C and prebake the pizza bases for 3 minutes.
Bake the vegetarian minced meat with a dash of olive oil. Meanwhile rip the mozzarella into pieces.
Spread the tomato sauce over the pizzas and put the minced meat on the pizzas.
Put the semi dried tomatoes, mozzarella and Parmesan flakes on the pizzas.
Bake the pizzas in about 8 minutes.
Put the arugula on top of the pizza and serve. Enjoy your pizza!
