Veggie Bolo Pizza with red bell pepper and vegetarian minced meat Recipe
If you can’t choose between pasta Bolognese or pizza, this one is your friend. It’s a winner and your not feeling guilty afterwards because we replaced the beef with a vegetarian alternative. Best of both worlds.
De Veggie Bolo Pizza is topped with tomato sauce, red bell pepper, vegetarian minced meat, mozzarella and red pepper.
- / 2 Magioni cauliflower bases
- / 100g tomato sauce
- / 2 tea spoons taco seasoning
- / 140g vegetarian minced meat
- / 1 red bell pepper
- / 1 red pepper
- / 100g cherry tomatoes
- / 80g mozzarella
How to prepare
Mix the vegetarian minced meat with the tomato sauce and the taco seasoning. Spread the sauce over the crust.
Tear the mozzarella and spread over the pizza.
Cut the red bell pepper in thin strips, the red pepper in thin slices and the cherry tomatoes in half. Spread the vegetables over the pizza.
Bake the for about 6-8 minutes ont the BBQ. Enjoy!
