Miljuschka’s Spicy South America Pizza Recipe

Courgette pizza crust

Phew, this is mouth watering! Miljuschka went into the kitchen and came up with this really tasty, spicy pizza for us. Richly topped with toppings such as pepperoni, bell pepper and jalapeños.

For the perfect finishing touch, add or serve some avocado slices after baking.

  • / 2 Magioni courgette crust
  • / 100g corn kernels
  • / Red onion
  • / Paprika
  • / 10 slices of pepperoni
  • / 2 tbsp jalapeño slices
  • / 50g grated cheddar
  • / 1 avocado
  • / Red pepper flakes

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C and pre-bake the crusts for 3 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, stir the red pepper flakes into the pizza sauce.

  3. Pat the corn kernels dry and fry them in a dry frying pan until charred.

  4. Remove the pizzas from the oven and brush with the pizza sauce. Divide the onion, bell pepper, pepperoni, jalapeño, half of the corn and cheddar cheese.

  5. Bake the pizzas for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven. Meanwhile, slice the avocado.

  6. After baking, divide the avocado, together with the corn and coriander, over the pizzas. Sprinkle with extra chili flakes for more spice.
