Miljuschka’s Spring Pizza Recipe
An egg on your pizza? It’s possible and Miljuschka proves that once again with this fine spring pizza. The pizza is nice and fresh, looks cheerful and above all is really tasty. Try it once?
The pizza is topped with asparagus tips, peas, lemon zest and of course an egg.
- / 2 Magioni cauliflower crust
- / 60g peas
- / 20 asparagus tips
- / 100g vegan cheese
- / 200g crème fracheche sauce
- / Nutmeg
- / Arugula
How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 220°C and pre-bake the bottoms for 3 minutes.
Cut the large asparagus in half lengthwise. Toss the asparagus and peas with the oil.
Mix the crème frache sauce with the 30g grated parmesan and some nutmeg. Divide the pizza sauce over the bottoms and divide most of the green peas over it.
Divide the asparagus over it and sprinkle with the lemon zest. Break an egg in the center and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for another 8-10 minutes or until the white of the egg has set but the yolk is still soft. Sprinkle with extra nutmeg, some parmesan flakes and possibly some arugula.
