Pizza Grilled veggies Recipe

Red bell pepper pizza base

Pizza double G is his nickname. Or his short name, just how you want to call it. This uber healthy pizza has loads of grilled vegetables on top. Spicy hummus is used as a sauce. And to make everything moist (and to keep it moist), you add goat cheese. Are you not a fan of goat cheese? Cottage cheese is just as tasty. Bon appétit!

Ingredients

  • / 2 Magioni red bell pepper pizza bases
  • / 80g spicy hummus
  • / 100g grilled veggies (paprika, courgette, aubergine)
  • / 50g goat cheese

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven at 220 °C and prebake the bases in 6 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile grill the veggies and cut the goat cheese in slices.

  3. Take the pizzas out of the oven and spread the spicy hummus on the pizza bases. Top it off with the grilled veggies and goat cheese.

  4. After that, bake the pizzas for another 4 minutes in the oven until the goat cheese is creamy.
