Do they eat pizza in Mexico? No. Do they eat pancakes on the North pole? No. But that doesn’t mean we can’t put ingredients from the Mexican kitchen onto a pizza. The combinations of the Mexican kitchen are just spot on and will also taste brilliantly on a Magioni pizza base. Yum. Top this pizza off with sliced avocado. It’s even tastier than a wrap!

  • / 2 Magioni courgette pizza bases
  • / 120g Mexican salsa
  • / 70g vegetarian chicken (pieces)
  • / 1 teaspoon of Mexican herbs
  • / Dash of olive oil
  • / 40g paprika
  • / 50g grated cheese
  • / 1 spring onion
  • / ¼ avocado

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven at 220 °C and prebake the pizza bases for 3 minutes.

  2. Spice the pieces of the vegetarian chicken with the Mexican herbs and a bit of olive oil. Bake these in a pan.

  3. Meanwhile cut the paprika into small cubes. Slice the spring onion and avocado.

  4. Spread the Mexican salsa on the pizza bases and top it with the diced paprika, baked vegetarian chicken and grated cheese. And bake for another 8 minutes in the oven.
    Finish the pizzas with the avocado and spring onion. Enjoy!
