It looks like we’ve forgotten to put the ‘e’ in the word peperoni. But we didn’t. A vegetarian variant is allowed to be a bit different, but that doesn’t mean it tastes less good! The combination of tomato, oregano, mozzarella and peperoni is a classic. We’re sure that everyone will grab a piece at that party. And we’re also quite sure you’ll finish this pizza when you’re alone on the couch with your drooling dog next to you. You know the answer. Bake this pizza.

  • / 2 Magioni cauliflower bases
  • / 60g tomato sauce
  • / 5 slices of vegetarian peperoni
  • / Mozzarella
  • / 50g cherry tomatoes
  • / fresh oregano

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven at 220 °C and prebake the pizza bases in 3 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile cut the snack tomatoes in half.

  3. Spread the tomato sauce on the bases and top with the slices of peperoni, snack tomatoes and oregano.

  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the pizzas and bake the pizzas another 8 minutes in the oven. Enjoy!
