Pizza goatcheese and dates Recipe
A match made in heaven. That’s how we describe this pizza. In other words said: heaven on earth if you take a bite. This is the perfect combination between the savoury flavour of the goat cheese and the sweetness of the dates. And as all the chefs in the world would say: the sour flavour of the balsamic is the finishing touch. With only six ingredients and not much effort, this pizza is on your table in fifteen minutes. - / 2 Magioni cauliflower pizza bases
- / 80g cream cheese
- / 60g goat cheese (with soft rind)
- / 100g fresh dates
- / Pumpkin seeds
- / Balsamic cream
How to prepare
Preheat the oven at 220 °C and prebake the pizza bases for 3 minutes.
Cut the goat cheese in slices and tear the dates into pieces.
Divide the cream cheese on the pizza bases and top it off with the dates and goat cheese. Bake the pizzas for another 8 minutes in the oven until the edges of the crust are a bit brown and crunchy.
Top the pizzas with Balsamic cream and pumpkin seeds. Bon Appétit!
