Teriyaki tempeh pizza Recipe
Do you like to come in higher spheres? One thing is sure, with this pizza you’ll come in oriental sphere. And there’s nothing wrong with that. The sweet teriyaki sauce in combination with bean sprouts, chestnut mushrooms and tempeh is so tasty! The broccolini will balance this pizza: it gives a bite and it adds flavour and colour to your pizza. On top of that it has a lot of vitamins. And that’s, as you probably know, good for your health. Ingredients
- / 2 Magioni red bell pepper pizza bases
- / 60g pieces of tempeh
- / 60g broccolini
- / 40g bean sprouts
- / 40g chestnut mushrooms
- / 60ml teriyaki sauce
- / Sesame seeds
How to prepare
Preheat the oven at 220 °C and bake the pizza bases in about 10 minutes until they’re a bit brown.
Meanwhile cut the chestnut mushrooms in slices.
Blanch the broccolini, make sure you don’t lose the crunch.
Bake the tempeh on high fire until crispy and then add the chestnut mushrooms. After that add the teriyaki sauce and stir for one minute.
Take the pizzas out of the oven and top them with the mix of tempeh, mushrooms and teriyaki sauce. Spread the broccolini on the pizzas.
To finish it off, garnish the pizzas with the bean sprouts and sesame seeds. It will be an oriental party on your plate!
