Ingredients

  • / 2 Magioni cauliflower pizza bases
  • / 100g ricotta
  • / Grilled eggplant
  • / 80g pomegranate seeds
  • / Fresh mint

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven at 220 °C and prebake the pizzas in 3 minutes.

  2. Spread the ricotta over the pizza bases and put the grilled eggplant on top.

  3. Put the pizzas in the oven for about 8 minutes until the crust is a bit brown. Meanwhile cut the fresh mint in pieces.

  4. Spread the pomegranate seeds over the pizzas and top it off with mint. Buon appetito!
