Pizza with vegetarian tuna Recipe
This pizza gives you a good feeling. You’ll be eating ‘tuna’ without any chance of eating the last living tuna on this planet. Sadly the conditions of this animal are very poor at the moment. The taste of the vegetarian tuna is really the same. You won’t notice the difference. That’s how you truly eat a guilt-free pizza! And with the grated cheese on top you all of a sudden have a tuna melt 2.0 on your plate.
- / 2 Magioni cauliflower bases
- / 60g tomato sauce
- / 80g vegetarian tuna
- / 1 tablespoon of capers
- / 1 red onion
- / 40g grated cheese
- / 1 tablespoon of ravigote sauce
- / Sprouts
How to prepare
Preheat the oven at 220 °C and prebake the bases for 3 minutes.
Cut the red onion into thin slices.
Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza bases and top them off with the tuna, red onion, capers and grated cheese.
Bake the pizzas for another 8 minutes in the oven. When the crusts are a bit brown and crunchy, the pizzas are ready.
Top the pizzas with the ravigote sauce and spread the sprouts over the pizza. Enjoy your meal!
